1. Website Use

• The information, images and content on this website are provided for general information purposes.
• Guests are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when making a reservation request or contacting us.
• Text, images, logos and design elements on this website belong to Melek Tatil Evi and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

2. Reservation Terms

• Reservation requests sent through the website become final only after availability is confirmed and the request is approved.
• Guest count, check-in/check-out dates and contact details must be accurate.
• Payment method and conditions are agreed during reservation confirmation.

3. Cancellation and Changes

• Cancellations or changes are free of charge up to 5 days before the check-in date.
• After this period, prepayments may not be refundable or a cancellation fee may apply.
• Cancellation and change requests should be sent in writing by email or WhatsApp.

4. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in time: 14:00
• Check-out time: 11:00
• Early check-in or late check-out depends on availability and may be subject to an additional fee.

5. Apartment Use and Damage Responsibility

• Guests agree to use all furniture, equipment and apartment items with care.
• Any damage, loss or missing items during the stay may be charged to the guest.
• The apartment should be left in the condition in which it was received.

6. Pet Policy

• Pets are accepted with prior approval before the stay.
• An additional cleaning fee may apply for stays with pets. The amount is communicated before the stay.
• Guests are responsible for their pets’ behaviour and any damage caused by them.

7. General Rules

• Noise or behaviour disturbing other guests is not accepted.
• Smoking is not allowed indoors.
• Guests are responsible for any legal or administrative consequences arising during their stay.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes may be subject to the competent courts and enforcement offices in Çanakkale.
